Ways to join the party on September 23rd

  • Go for brunch on Sept 23 at any of the participating restaurants listed below (please check their individual websites for brunch hours)
  • Stop by Government House at 1401 Rockland Ave between 12 and 2pm for live music and pancakes for the kids!
  • Stop at Northern Quarter on Sept 23 between 10am and 2pm to purchase a copy of Rebecca Wellman's First We Brunch

Go for brunch

Roll out of bed, keep those pjs on and enjoy brunch at participating restaurants to help feed hungry kids a healthy breakfast. It’s that easy and that delicious.
  • Restaurants commit 25% of their September 23 brunch profits (food only) or $300 to the #YYJPajamaParty
  • Patrons and staff wear their best onesies, pjs or bathrobes (that means you too!)
  • Patrons can also donate online


Fourteen delicious and community-minded restaurants have joined the #YYJPajamaParty fundraising initiative.

The Party Continues at Government House Bandshell!

Keep the party rolling into the afternoon (12-2pm) at a public event at the Government House Bandshell featuring pancakes for kids, dancing and music for all provided by local legend Bucan Bucan and Louise Rose! Pajamas encouraged but optional.

Rebecca Wellman, author and photographer of First We Brunch, collaborated with us to launch this first annual #YYJPajamaParty. Stop by our headquarters at Northern Quarter to pick up a copy of her book, First We Brunch, between 10am and 2. A portion of all sales will go to support Breakfast2Music.
